How do I order?

We want to make your shopping experience as relaxing as possible. Browse through our website, click add to cart and proceed to checkout.

 

What if the item is currently sold out?

Don’t hesitate to message us if you wish to purchase a currently sold out pair. We accept pre orders and would be more than happy to assist you.

 

What are your modes of payment?

We accept payments made through Debit/Credit Cards via PayPal, Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer or Gcash.

 

For Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer method and GCash, kindly note that your reservation will only be valid within 48 hours once we confirm your order. To secure your reservation, we highly advise to deposit/transfer your payment immediately and send us the payment confirmation (e.g. photo of the deposit slip), together with your name, via email or through our social media accounts (Facebook or Instagram)

 

How long will I receive my item?

Once we confirm your order it will take a few days depending on your location:

 

Metro Manila: 1-3 Business Days

Outside Metro Manila: 2-4 Business Days

 

Orders may arrive earlier than usual.


What courier do you use for delivery?

We use reliable couriers such as JRS and LBC to assure the safety of your orders.

 

How much is shipping fee?

We use standard shipping rates for deliveries in the Philippines:

 

Metro Manila: Php 130

Outside Metro Manila: Php 160

Where are your shoes manufactured?

Apricot Shoes is proudly hand made in our own shoe factory in Marikina City. We are able to control and ensure the quality of our pairs from time to time. 

 

What are your products made of?

Our shoes are made of various premium materials. It may vary depending on the styles we make. We use thick insoles for extra comfort as well.

 

How will I know my size?

Please check out size chart for the right measurements to avoid returns. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us on any of our social media accounts and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
