Returns & Exchanges
All returned items must be processed within seven (7) days upon receipt of items.
All returned items must be in new and unworn condition. The Apricot Team reserves the right to determine whether it is defective or caused by normal wear and tear. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be accepted and/or accommodated.
Merchandise must include its corresponding canvas pouch and all original packaging materials.
We will not cover any shipping expenses for returns and exchanges. Should the customer choose to have the replacement shipped within or outside Metro Manila, the customer will shoulder further shipping expenses. (Including returning of products to us and back to you once ready to be replaced)
My item is incorrect, damaged, or defective. What do I do?
First, we apologize for this.
We accept returns & exchanges for incorrect sizes and factory defects. You may contact us at via email or any of our social media accounts and our team will be happy to assist you.
Do you accept exchanging of sizes?
Yes, we accept size exchanges but we make sure you order the right size to avoid new shipping costs.
Can I return sale items?
No, sale/discounted items are final. We will not accept returns and exchange for these.
Who shoulders the shipping expenses for returns?
If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will shoulder all shipping expenses.
For an exchange request due to size issues, we will not cover any new shipping expenses.
